Hatha / Vinyasa
This class is for those with proficient knowledge of basic yoga poses. In this class, you will learn how to transition smoothly from one pose to another, master the shifting of weight, and enhance your balance. Join us and take your yoga practice to the next level.

Mixed Level
Multi Style Yoga
This class is a mixed level yoga alignment class. Preferably, participants are required to have some knowledge and understanding of the basic asana. The class focuses on alignment and transitioning from one pose to another. Understanding how the body works and mastering the shifting of weight, enhancing balance, and using breath work to execute the poses. The style may vary according to attendees and may include elements of iyengar, hatha or vinyasa, with occasional focus on core and inversions.

Mixed Level
This class will help you to increase your strength, flexibility and confidence. Through core stretch and inversion poses, you will be able to build core strength and improve your body alignment, as well as boost your confidence. In addition, inversion poses help to improve blood circulation and reduce stress from your body.
