This class is specially for those who have little or no knowledge of yoga. We focus on slow alignment and learning of each pose and their benefits.

This class teaches transitioning from one pose to another. Understanding how the body works and mastering the shifting of weight, enhancing balance.

CORE & INVERSIONS
 

Thursdays  7pm

This class will help you to increase your strength, flexibility and confidence. Through core stretch and inversion poses, you will be able to build core strength and improve your body alignment, as well as boost your confidence. In addition, inversion poses help to improve blood circulation and reduce stress from your body.

OUTDOOR YOGA  MACRITCHIE RESERVOIR
 

Tuesdays 7am

Yoga is best enjoyed outdoors. It helps you to find peace and relaxation. Come join us and experience the power of yoga in nature.

This class is a mixed level class. Every class is different depending on the levels of students present. Tuesday mornings yoga at MacRitchie Reservoir brings us back to nature and great start for the week!
